No, what she says is the least important evidence. If the victim's testimony is the most important evidence, the procuratorate can send anyone into the jail on the court.

It would be a big hole only if she retracts or changes her testimony on court. If she does that before the court, the prosecutor would not arrange her to be the eyewitness, and Conor would still have to show up on the court.
