I'm from Burma.
I think Lethwei fighters have some decent kicks though the boxing is a bit unpolished. I can't bear to watch 50% kicking matches honestly..

I fought a few guys from Burma in chumphon thailand a few years ago.

They had sloppy boxing. Hard kicks, and was very wild and agressive. They also knew how to take a solid shot.

Lethwei looks sloppy because there is no scoring and literally every shot they are winding up full power going for a KO. Even Petro would look sloppy if he tried to do that.
