Canada is less strict, but you're not giving the cop much choice when you pull weed out of your pocket in a business on front of other people. He pretty much has to arrest you.

I would have been so pissed if I was that cop. I just want to sit and eat my lunch in peace, not arrest some dude for having weed fall out of his pocket. I'm in CA so for me as the cop, I would have made a snide remark and continued eating my Subway because the fine for a weed cite is less than running a stop sign and the paperwork is a huge pain for an infraction.

TS needs to learn the art of hiding his weed, that way when he gets arrested again the cops actually need to do some work. Its no fun when the arrest literally is right in your face easy.
