Authorities say a Philadelphia teen who was being watched by the FBI wanted to leave America, join a terror group and become a bomb maker. Officials say the teen did thousands of searches on military targets, nuclear facilities and spots in the Philadelphia area and even tested bombs in the woods behind his home.
