That's an absurd statement, and it doesn't get less absurd when you make up your own definition of technical to mean the absolute most technically outstanding .000000001% as determined by you. Surely you can see why someone would take exception to your bizarrely hyperbolic statements.

Jack Della Maddalena might be a decent contemporary example apart from those already mentioned. A lot of his wins come down to him betting on superior boxing combinations in the pocket (for better or for worse)
