"It’s not only endorphins, there’s another group of chemical messengers called cannabinoids, like the chemicals in marijuana that get you high. We now think that exercise is not actually so much an endorphin high as it is a cannabinoid high.
I live in the Netherlands, and I smoked a lot of pot in the past. I also train a lot. And really, sometimes a tough work out or a good class can feel like being completely stoned....
God makes us high because its a good feeling, we don't even need those drugs. How awesome is that
great article. I especially liked the parts about diet and static stretching.
