I found a link to this site that sells custom guards for $59.99 so I decided to check them out. The site is very vauge like most custom mouthguard websites, but what instantly turned me off was their lack of customer service. I called the number from the "contact us" section to ask a very simple question about the thickness of their guards and I was given the complete run-around. I was given 4 different phone numbers to call (all with different area codes) and then finally this chick tells me that I have to go onto the website to do a live chat to have my question answered
. The 2-3 pictures of the guards that they have on the site didn't look too good anyway, I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, oh well.
Went back on their site to see if I could find the "live chat," and it's nowhere to be found.
