Even with impressive 5 KO win streak, why isn't Stipe Miocic popular?

Francis Ngannou seems to be way more popular than him and he isn't even champion yet. People talk about him more than Stipe, people rather watch him instead of Stipe. Each time Stipe wins, fans claim it wasn't impressive. Dude KO'd 5 legit top guys, like damn what else he has to do to get more respect around here?

Because he doesn't talk the talk, he just walks the walk. Kind of the same reason Tony Ferguson isn't a draw. Exciting fighter, and he does trash talk, he's just terrible at it. Or the same reason Robert Whittaker isn't a draw. The general population is pretty dense, and they want more substance than just phenomenal performances in the cage apparently. They want cheap drama just like their tv shows. Stipe doesn't provide that. It is what it is.
