some people are pissed at Lindland for putting this up, but phil started the all the trash talking and posed for this video. I'm still not sure why all the Baroni diehards are so upset. Phil made the video but he also gets a chance to settle things in the cage.
people bag on Matt for being boring and winning, but this is a sport. The object is to win. Matt can't help it if the UFC has to cater to the quasi WWF and toughman fans. We need more fans that enjoy MMA as sport.
Nyba037, give it up kid. There is nothing you can say or do to protect your speedo wearing icon from this one. Just go dig a hole and hide in it and act like you've never seen this thread. Also you might want to get you head checked, because if your defending Baroni this hardcore there HAS to be something wrong with you.

There are plenty of people that find Matt to be an interesting fighter and enjoy watching him - I know I do. Calling him 'boring' is just an easy excuse for the Baroni fans to bash on him, because he beat Baroni soundly twice and has had an accomplished career as both a wrestler and a fighter.
If Matt were marketed properly he could be a huge asset for the sport. I have a co-worker that just recently got interested in MMA, has never done any grappling or wrestling, in fact he trained in TKD for years as a teenager. He can't stand Tito and Baroni, he thinks they're loudmouths and he loves guys like Randy and Matt.
There's a wide range of potential fans out there. Having an organization stocked with WWE-wannabes will turn off a lot of people -- why not have a range of fighters and personalities to attract the full range of fans.
So, TTT for Lindland and GO TANNER!

Actually, I would rather be the mediocre fighter that entertains people, but loses sometimes. The reason you ask? Well, at least I would be making a paycheck, while the great but boring fighter (Lindland) sits at home, trying to come up with a new, clever way of entertaining people on an internet forum. You know, you guys sure have alot to say about Baroni losing to Lindland twice, but which one of them still fights for a major organization, and which one doesn't? So all of you Lindland lovers/ Baroni haters can keep making fun of the guy who actually has a job, while your boy can sit at home, making up new jokes, and keep wondering why no one wants to see him fight.

If NYBA037 is Baroni - deep mental disturbance.
If NYBA037 isn't Baroni - deeper seeded mental disturbance (unless this is Baroni's mother)
Most likely it is not his mother and we have an obvious fruit cake on our hands.
How much can you defend this guy-just because you live in Brooklyn?

1. Get off all MMA forums.
2. Graduate from the 10th grade.
3. Learn what being humble is about.
4. Implement humbleness into your character.
5. Seek therepy.
6. Stick to hedero porn.
7. Learn that snappy one liners are good for a giggle but rarely make a solid point
8. Know full well that EVERYONE is laughing at you.
