That I woulda got whupped by whatever adult is in charge and than more than likely my mom too , that I got the police called on me for teling some kids not to be dicks or that if you even look at someones kid wrong now days and someone calls the police ?

This is the problem with society they want to make kids uncountable for their actions, my Mom got introuble with the police not to long ago for hitting a neighbors kid with a stick, the kid is like 7 or 8 he keeps throwing rocks on our house and started breaking windows and shit.

Why do you need to physically remove him? I would think that just going in there right up to him would be enough to change his mind. If not, then grab him by his hand and pull him out. I wouldn't worry about the parents. If you don't hurt him, you're fine.

I'm sure as fuck not letting a child hold another child's party hostage for an hour.

so a lady is at the playground with her kid and kids friend. the kid is mucking around and made a kid fall from the monkey bars. the kid that fell, her mother gets involved and talks to this ladies kid sternly and kindof discipline even though its not her kid. and the lady says that was the right thing to do, when alot of other parents would be throwing tantrums dont talk to my kid that way. blah blah blah.

its an interesting read if you are interested in it ts. i think it relates to what you are after.

i think in your situation, it would be hard to get the kid out without forcibly removing him. but it would have been the right thing to do, removing that kid from the jumping castle so the other kids could have a good time.

You drop your kid off and don't stay around to marshal them, then I am the law. I'll try to be cool up to a point, but fuck 45 mins. At worse, pay off one of the older kids forced to be there into your hand of justice and get it handled.
