not an issue. though for something like your back you should see if somebody would be willing to roll at like 50-70% so you can be more gradual in getting back in. theres usually a few guys who are willing to do it to work on technique and stuff
I think this is 100% wrong. It's perfectly legit to roll even when you're not 100% and to ask the other guy not to do somehting specific. For instance, if you're right shoulder is not 100%, you can ask the guy to be careful if he subs you on that side.
