He won a championship in 2021.I really hope Daieisho’s calf heals up. I fear his chance at ozeki is over. He’s my favorite wrestler and would love to see him win a Yusho.
I know — I just want him to win another! He won a championship in 2021.
Sadly i think he won't make Ozeki and with the two yokozuna and the youngsters coming up, i don't think his odds are good for another Yusho. But i'd love to be proven wrong. Him and Takayasu too.
If you wanna hear how Hoshoryu sounds when speaking english, and also throwing a barb at uncle

It's sort of an exhibition tournament. But I think everybody would love to be the one winning the once-in-two-decades 5 day tour.I’m glad Onosato and Hoshoryu are friendly. It’s a great rivalry.
Is this an actual Grand Tournament? I thought this was more exhibition?

The current chairman of the JSA, Hakkaku, won the previous London Tournament, 34 years ago, while he was Yokozuna Hokutoumi. People actually remembered and he was answering questions about it.
It's live now @Stormtrooper85It’ll definitely be one of the two yokozuna for sure
This is what I get for not checking back soonerIt's live now @Stormtrooper85
I don't necessarily blame them, who wants to get injured and have to pull out next month?haha yeah it's not real sumo. purists beware.
i've seen some moves so far you never see in a real basho.
for people that don't follow the sport it might be exciting but it's kinda WWE if you follow the real thing.
but it looks like a lot of fun being there.
