To each their own but for me hockey is the most watchable team sport there is. There's way less commercials and downtime in an NHL game compared to the other three big team sports. There's not nearly as much fighting as there used to be but it's still there as well as all the hitting.

Yea, I get what you're saying but there's not a ton of stoppages during play. Take the NFL for instance, they have a 15 minute halftime plus four minutes of commercials every five minutes. NHL intermission is 18 minutes and only happens twice. Plus, each team only gets one timeout, for the whole game. The flow if the game, to me, is better than any other sport. Even with the two intermissions which are really scheduled breaks, you know exactly how long they are

I get espn+ as part of a cell phone plan. Would definitely not subscribe to it as a standalone app.
Streaming services plus cable plus internet gets damn expensive.
