I've said repeatedly that the US is the only nation on the planet that allows big pharma ads on TV. New Zealand is the only other nation that allows big pharma to market directly to the public at all.

Yeah its beyond ridiculous that they are allowed to have ads like this. No wonder everyone is dependent on drugs/medicines and hooked on it all, plus the debt they are in because of it. Money making death sentence

So blessed and lucky I have you and all the other crew on playbyplay to chat with during the ads, because otherwise I'd go insane lol. There is only so many times you can keep going to the kitchen during the ad breaks lol. playbyplay crew are a lifesafer for the ad breaks

And nobody NEEDS big pharma ads, because you literally cannot get ANY of those medications legally without seeing a doctor first, who knows far more about which ones you actually need. So all those ads are pointless as well as annoying.

Considering 99% of these ads feature obese people engaging in choreographed dancing, you're probably right. I always joke about how long these people need to get their breath back once the take is done and the camera's not rolling.

I also love how most of these ads are for conditions that maybe one percent of people will ever actually have.

The problem with a lot of medicine/drugs whatever you want to call it is that its all placebo, it doesn't even work. At the start it might work but your body becomes adjusted to things very quickly, and the effects wear off and don't work anymore, so what happens is people taking higher and higher doses and then try other drugs too, its a huge mess.

Its like sleeping pills, they don't work, its total hogwash. Yes it may work the first few times! however after the first few times your body becomes adjusted and adapted to it and the effects don't work the same, thats why so many people OD on sleeping pills because they have to take more more more more to get the effects, and then mix it with alcohol, its just a disaster. It does way more harm than good.

Its unreal to me they are allowed to keep shoving these ads down our throats during UFC cards, when it clearly says "can cause Death" .
