In essence she is saying that Erika Kirk leveraged her grief after the assassination to get a 90 hour work week crunch culture to get Amfest and the memorial event planning done, but then impersonally fired her staff through intermediaries after promising them their jobs were safe and talking about all these record financial numbers - promising to "keep the family together". That Erika is a manipulative "cult" leader that takes advantage of vulnerable young Christians.
