you used it across two posts as some sort of evidence that he was out of touch and wrong. Looks like that's you that isn't across everything.

As for all of this infighting, this is structural and inevitable. The "new right" is about 7 different ideologies that don't mix and MAGA's intergration over the past 10 years upset the delicate balance of Buckley's fusionism that was achieved through compromise. Due to MAGA, it's a party built on in-group out group dynamics entirely now, and cult of personality. WIthout the correct leader, it collapses. All within the same party, you have:
  • free markets vs protectionism
  • interventionist war hawks vs isolationists
  • "meritocracy" based immigration (H1B visas) vs identitarian white nationalists (Feuntes)
  • libertarian social values (weed, porn) vs social conservatives
  • authoritarianism vs libertarianism and classical liberalism
  • giant tax cuts (libertarians and small government GOP) vs a social safety net ("America 1st")
  • transhumanist techlords that was to surveil everything and have bunch of serfs v human beings and Christian theocracy
They've been kicking the can down the road and trying to avoid all of this through the Trump cult of personality effect. Your are going to see some interesting things happen over the next few years within the New RIght coalition.

Charlie Kirk sort of made it work, but even he was having trouble dealing with Israeli lobbyists and white nationalists like Feuntes. Now that he is gone, and Trump is self-sabotaging economically, with Israel and with Epstein... looks like it is kicking off now.

And Erika Kirk is in the centre of the storm and she is not capable of dealing with all of this and the factions in the right want to use her and the Kirk legacy for their own differing aims, as seen with Ben Shapiro vs Steve Bannon.

I didnt read past the first paragraph but i wouldn’t call a public memorial with a row of sparklers a “megachurch with fireworks!!!” And he was talking specifically about Amfest and characterizing it as a memorial.

Oh yeah if only conservatives would agree with the left and let them murder babies in the womb, open the border, flood the market with cheap labor, and riot over drug addicts. Then the country’s morale would be sky high and we could be a shining city on a hill!

I miss the neocon days when we were crashing the economy and starting evil wars with in the middle east and letting our troops be killed and maimed so they could kill and maim women and children. So sensible!

I miss Neo Cons because they would not have kept their mouth shut when not one but 2 Drug King Pins got pardons. Neo Cons even though I disagreed with at least had an ethos.
