As it should haveThis has turned into a witch hunt.
How about now @Ruprecht? Will social media show up top government intelligence?

If only he had taken his backpack off with those distinctive straps, he would have gotten away with it.
I bet AB guys in the prison are gonna be covering up those swastika tats now once word gets to them that a nazi-punching Antifa is coming their way.
I still hope they've got the right guy.
It's a major topic of discussion over here at the moment, the way in which social media is diminishing the objectivity of trial by jury.
We've already seen plenty of evidence of how easily false narratives are distributed via social media.
Alongside the anti-protesting laws being enacted, it's a big step backwards for civil liberties and legal egalitarianism in my opinion.
Excellent. Can't hide from weaponized autism.
I still hope they've got the right guy.

You have been very quiet on how cruel our immigration policy is recently.
Fair enough.I've never had a huge problem with our immigration restrictions (post White Australia Policy obviously). I was never in favour of Howard's "Big Australia", and I certainly wasn't in favour of 457 visa abuse.
My biggest issue with the immigration debate here is the degree to which it's political theatre and dog whistling. The overblown issue of "Boat People" being a prime example, as is the current asylum application deadline.
Do they have more clues other than his backpack?
Every reasonable person hopes they have the right guy. Let this man have his day in court. If a jury of peers finds him guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, may the Lord have mercy on him.I still hope they've got the right guy.
