those two's defensive grappling was horrible

should never be that many transitions into dominant positions in a single minute

This ep totally made up for last week's crappy fight

That was a interesting fight. Team Chael prevails once again. :icon_lol: A lot of rolling and position changes, I think top control was not a priority until Kelvin got the back of Bubba. I thought team Chael would teach Kelvin how to keep control and Cain his way to victory. Chael looks huge next to JBJ nowadays, that fight is looking more competitive as each episode passes. :icon_arro

Mini Hulkd did it.Kelvin has great potential at that early age.
Bubba talkd the talk but didnt walk the walk.

Just curious, what exactly do you mean by the part in bold? No discussing the fight until after the whole show is over? just checking since I don't want to get banned.
As several posters have mentioned, there is a delay in the showtime of the fight depending on the time zone or station of its broadcast. For that reason, we ask that posters in these threads are courteous in allowing the briefest of grace periods before discussing the results. These fights are no longer shown live, either, so it's a definite no-no in sharing the results if they're leaked from the set via the usual channels today in the social media.

I won't say that about Kelvin yet,He kept trying to stay active but at the sametime was careless about his positions on the ground

I agree with the huge potentiel of Kelvin at his age (21).

He's already at the doors of the UFC, not to mention that he could even do better if he drops a weight class, looking at his Height, which is small comparatively to most of the guys on MW.

Uriah already fought. Luke took on one of Jones' weakest guys. That is usually how it works. The good guys take out the weakest links in the first. A bunch of Sonnen's team didn't want to fight Bubba anyway.

Luke didn't hand picked his fight , Little JJ did that for him (to help Gilbert ?)

True. Also he only trains 2 hours a day and has (or had) a full time job. He has some flaws that could easily be fixed after some time with good coaches, but his qualities are very impressive. He was never scared.

The joke is on Jones and Bubba for trying to pick an easy path and failing badly.

True, but it sure was fun to watch!
Kelvin improved his position control in round 2 though.
