This is really nothing what's is far more significant is the chain of volcanic activity. Even though Russia was an earthquake it is the result of volcanic activity deep underwater. An Island off of Italy was hit by a 6.3 earthquake. It coincidentally part of the chain that includes volcanoes in an near Hawaii an all across Alaska an California down to Mexico. I cannot stop to think something significant going to happen down Alaska an the west coast.

Literally the only reason I didn't buy the house was how remote it was, we took into consideration a generator but if you lose power for over a weeek which used to happen there, what do you do? You can't work, if there's a medical emergency you're buggered, the wild fires up there were off the hook to the point of $6k a year insurance.

If I have learned anything from reading horror stories from Dean Koontz the last 35 years, it’s that living in a very remote area in California is either going to unite you with a special angelic golden retriever or some great evil-or the world will end and it will just be you in your house, clutching your radio hoping for some peep of NPR-which would probably still be bashing on trump. While Koontz is not my favorite all the time, he still cranks out the occasional banger and Cali is his home base and world muse just like Stephen King (my fav) has the northeast Maine.

I think that is the issue posters have with NPR-it has skewed left and become partisan. It my wife’s main source of information and even she admits it’s biased. So the point is that if it wants to be anti-one party, it shouldn’t be funded by taxes.

Ring of fire catchy name but this is a somewhat ruff map of the volcanic zones that follow the plates and trenches as as Cocos and Nazca has recorded two of the biggest earthquakes in history 9.5 magnitude earthquake. Italy tied to Arabian Plate Kind of Biblica ring. I myself cannot wait for the big stuff to start time for the reboot.

Yes 3 or 4 one in Italy a magnitude 6.3 on an island off Italy coast and one small one in Alaska possibly one more. Volcanologist at the end of last year predicted a large volcano before the end of 2025 one in Oregon or more concerning Yellowstone where there is a new lake appeared with 100 plus degree water. All these earthquakes could be a large lava flow moving through these earthquake zones.
