Yea, apparently they have a 4-5 hours away to even Hawaii, which is way more at risk than west coast l,outside parts of Alaska. So anyone who hasn’t basically evacuated the most at risk areas is an idiot.

Seems that despite the cuts, they have readily been able to warn people.
