How would they even figure that out lol. They tested random chocolates that were shipped in normal chocolate bar wrappers?

Not denying that, but my problem is with the intent/outcome: a party with some friends with lots of giggling.

If you, at any point in your life, took the beating that Enson took at the hand of Vovchanchyn, then you should internationally be allowed to carry *at least* 4 candy bars of whatever drug you want.

The problem is buying drugs for 20 of your friends means walking around with as many drugs as a dealer would have. Now you're a drug trafficker. From a legal perspective it has to work that way, or every dealer could just make up a story about carrying for their friends when caught. Some basic common sense could have avoided that scenario.

Reminds me of another story of an old couple who were transporting a ton of weed across state lines, supposedly as a present for someone.

Agree with everything. But again my issue is really with the law making something fun/harmless a completely life-ruining offense, even in bulk. Rationally speaking (in terms of public safety) a party with some kegs at it is going to be A LOT more dangerous than friends smoking pot or doing shrooms together. . . yet one is a fun, normal activity, while the others are potential massive jail sentences.

p.s. LOL and to make it worse, my brother saw a sketchy looking bum on his way into the dealers, and got spooked on his way out, so he hid the shrooms under a bush and decided to walk away (smartly) . . . . . unfortunately, when he got to the car, he (re? un?) psyched himself out, thought about his team giving him shit over the money )the horror!), so he went back to get the bag. . . and I'll JUST LET YOU GUESS who/what the sketchy-looking bum turned out to be. -_-

Its less about the usage and more about the trafficking. They aren't being regulated, they aren't paying taxes, and for all we know they could be selling to children . If someone were running a mass operation to sell prescription drugs outside of a pharmacy they would also be doing something illegal.

Apparently Enson got released from jail. He's back posting on social media. Haven't found if he bailed out, or what.
