You need to calm down and not be so partisan.. How do you know I don't call out that b******* on the other side?
And also let's make accurate distinctions here okay. Trump was the president of the United States and is a former president and you don't get to compare anything he says or approves of or allows Elon to do to some senator, congressman or woman or CNN News pundit because they all dont hold the authority Trump holds.
What Biden said recently about Trump voters being trash... that is comparable but Biden walked it back instantly and whether you think he meant the comments or not, that was the right and good thing to do. Biden's comments in that respect are still despicable and divisive and no one, especially the president of the United States should ever make them.
But what musk was doing is intentionally slandering a presidential candidate. Do you see Trump anywhere condemning it? Or do you see Trump personally participating in a slew of similar kinds of lies? Has he made a statement condemning musk's actions and saying that they're undemocratic and that nobody should be doing anything like that??
The bottom line is if you compare the lies and underhanded techniques of both sides. It will never come out in favor of Kamala being worse or the Democrats being worse. It is also true that the Republicans aren't even the root cause. It's just simply an issue about Trump who is a profound liar and who has degrading American politics on all sides. But still the Republicans hold the Lion's share of responsibility because they should be calling out Trump from their own side vehemently and for the most part they are not.
Maybe it's by happenstance. Maybe it's totally random, but your side suddenly has a viper in its midst and there seems to be little or no moral courage to call it out. I do not believe the same thing could happen on the left at this point. Maybe we could come to a place like that, but right now if any candidate told half the lies and was half as divisive as Trump, that candidate would fail in the Democratic party.
