Her republican challenger in Massachusetts had been running a campaign ad “only a real Indian can be a fake Indian” or something like that, so maybe that played into the timing.

I always thought she would sit out discussion of the topic and counter the allegations of her lies with Trump’s draft dodging lies, thinking that would be a more damaging attack on the base.

So, she shouldn't be treated as a minority yet it's okay that she, herself registered as a minority? The schools themselves used her claimed minority status to their benefit. She enabled that. She didn't even know what her lineage was. How can she be proud of something she has no proof of? She still doesn't know her lineage and can't honestly name a single tribe that she may be a descendant of.

Bill Clinton burned his card and served two terms. The bar is set. Another democrat we all know and love lied about serving in Vietnam and he’s still in the senate. So that’s the bar actually. If trump had said he did go but didn’t that would be even there. That one is a lost cause and as a war vet myself, I don’t care about him dodging the draft more or less.
