Not sure if sport specific training or waste of time.
 
I prefer powercleans.

To this day no other exercise has tore my ass down and built me up like squat-cleans.

The best exercise ever imo.

Lately i've been on a burpee/KB swing combo though.
 
Could be alright as a conditioning exercise. Like part of a conditioning circuit or something.

I guess it wouldn't be bad for conditioning a grappler, but I'm not sure if you couldn't find something better.
