There simply will be no appeasing these morons. No amount of evidence will convince them of something they "know to be true". Going through with the investigation does give them legitimacy, then when that investigation shows there was no fraud they will want the investigators investigated, and so on and so forth. It couldn't possibly be that Trump is such a shitty president that 80+million people voted to get him the fuck out of office.

Even if Trump himself came out and said there was no fraud they would double down on their conspiracy and make some kind of excuse for it. The most ironic thing the Trumpers do is accuse everyone of TDS. It's pretty clear to me that TDS is 100% real, and his fans are suffering from it.

I’ll be interested in seeing how quickly interest in these things dissipates following Biden’s inauguration. There’s no claim by anyone that any legal or investigatory action will change the outcome of the election. It comes down to future efforts to improve election efficiency and transparency. Will anybody still be fighting for that after it stops being a weak surrogate for redoing to 2020 election itself?

They aren't trying to right anything. Just give themselves legal cover.
 
You guys think just because they made a statement about Smartmatic, that they are retracting everything they have said about potential fraud? Again, I have never once mentioned Smartmatic, or that Venezuelan CT, or whatever

That is pretty much insignificant to any part of the case(s). Especially since they already had the CEO of Dominion admitting that without proper oversight, they was/is potential for fraud, but it comes down to the poll workers/watchers.
