No Spoilers Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree DLC

I won't link them because of spoilers but there's some new DLC content on YouTube, if anybody is interested. Not long to go now.

Edit... dammit, just saw the posts above.

In the middle of Persona 3 but I will finish before the ER DLC drops. Depending on how early I finish I think I'm going to work on getting the Plat for this game. I don't want to do a NG+ right now but after I beat the DLC maybe I'll go back and do speed runs to get the other endings.

I completed a lot of this game but when it comes to the snow area and haligtree I kind of rushed through it. I think the volcano as well but I'm not sure there was much there.

So I'm probably taking my 125 Int character in first to test the waters but if I get my ass beat too bad I'll grab my level 200 Str/Faith. That character is a freaking tank.

My best friend and I have a gentleman’s agreement to take our newest strength build characters into the DLC at 125, guess we’ll see how badly we’ll have our shit pushed in. If it’s rough I’ll grind out farming albunaurics outside the Moghwyn palace up to at least level 150, lol.

Doing the same. Had to respec my character as I was optimized for Cannon of Haima invasion snipes lol

Nice! The first part of Haligtree with all the bubble boys is my favorite place to invade. Loretta's Mastery with the Arrows Reach talisman is hilarious 😂

Not sure it was posted here but there will be no trophies/achievements for the DLC. Kind of weird but whatever, at least I won’t accidentally see spoilers this way

So do we know yet where the DLC access point will be?

I read it might be
Mogh.

I think I've fought him 2-3 times before but can't remember if you have to go through Malenia to get there or if it's a different area.

I didn't watch or know a single thing about Elden Ring. In fact I hadn't played video games in a few years, last being a mild addiction to Rocket League.

When it was released I heard the hype reviews and got it right away. Pretty much the only game I've put time into since release. Took 3 characters to NG 6 or 7. I've had every item and deleted those characters, knowing I'd acquire again no problem. Which happened. Currently on 4th character at NG 3, ready for DLC like nobody's fucking business.....my body, soul and bong are locked and loaded.

EldenGOAT Bless.

It's Miquella's arm (or whoever's arm it is), hanging from the egg behind Mohg according to what I've read! That's all I've allowed myself to know lol

Serious? WTF. First time they do this to my recollection. Disappointed.

Always so satisfying to see IGN getting their shit kicked in.

This is what the rumor is based on?

Apparently a couple Souls games didn't have trophies in DLC, so not entirely unheard of from From.

I wasn't going to post this because I was embarrassed but I found out Sunday after reinserting my disc and firing up for the first time in ages that I haven't a current savefile with a char to start the expansion. Fellas...
<blankarage>

I was going to use my generalist char who's SL 200-something and just take it all in, having fun with all the add-on. Nope. My guy is sitting early-game in NG+4 maybe (?) and having yet even met Ranni post-Caria Manor. I'm an idiot. Been racing about to progress story, swore allegiance to Ranni (page me, baby) but am having a hard time remembering where to go. At time of writing I can't figure how to trigger Radahn's festival and align 'the stars'. FML.

I've until Friday after next to pepper my Tarnished angus.

Thanks. I must be misremembering or thinking SotFS made trophy changes so drew on that. Would have been nice though to see some lofty achievements added, IMO.

And really, how hard are they to include? That's some basic programming, no?

You can trigger Radahn simply by getting to the Atlas Plateau. Save any Grace and Redmane opens up. Defeat Radahn and the underground opens up near Fort Haight.

You can literally run to Atlas from beginning of game, skipping almost everything. You'll need to beat dragon at Rune-Strewn Precipice. Opens up that elevator into Atlus Plateau.

Do Varre's questline to get to Mohg fastest.

Edit - if you don't want to go Rune-Strewn Precipice (say that 5 times fast!) route into the Atlas Plateau you need the two halves of the dectus medallion for the lift, one found at Fort Haight and the other at Fort Faroth.
