lol messmer down on first try this time. he killed me with some kind of bullshit after i had him wittled down but then my mimic killed him. suck it bitch.

after a flawless victory against the dancing lion in my first runthrough, that MF'er killed me once this time. messmer gave me less grief this time around. not quite what i was expecting but i'll take it.

Took the final boss down today.

He's a motherfucker.

Went hard on the cheese, blasphemous blade faith str build, hefty rot pots.

The spell you get from remembrance is ridiculous for range and does solid damage with high faith.

Unlimited money is only a larval tear away with the Sacred Sword and Mohgs area.

And if you're going 80 faith use the remembrance spell to nuke the bird.

I feel there's no way to find everything unless you look at a guide because I looked uphow to make my sword +10 and there's so many nooks and crannies you got to go thru. I got to fight Maliketh the Black Blade..

I'm not posting spoilers am I? I'm still on the main game. Not even DLC.. I haven't beaten Elden Ring..

But I watched a vid and you can easily miss giant areas because there will be something you'd never think to jump on that will lead you there.. It will be little tree branch or something you got to jump on..

I only look at guides when there is an objective I'm trying to complete like maxing my sword out. Otherwise I wander around.. I know I missed a ton of areas.

I don't even do those hero grave dungeons with those stupid things that ride back and forth real fast that run you over and take half your health.. They used to kill me in 1 hit. Those dungeons are harder than any boss I fought so far..

I still haven't been to the bottom of the Caelid Great Tower. Trying to jump on that dinner plate size stone is a nightmare from 50ft up.. And that part so far from a save point.

I guess I'll go beat Volcano Mansion

What makes no sense to me is how they managed to kill Godwyn. Wasn't Godwyn the Elden God? How do these assassin guys get him on his knees, hold his arms out like this, and stab him in his back?

They had to have defeated him in battle somehow and you know Godwyn has a +10 weapon and armor and is maxed out in stats if he was the Elden God. He was the strongest in that whole place.

I fought a Black Blade Assassin and he was pretty easy. He had low health so Godwyn should have 1 hit killed him. And with the way these bosses fight with huge sweeping attacks and explosions everywhere.. 1 hit from Godwyn could have killed 10 of those assassins.

I don't see how Bethesda can beat FromSoft with their generic Skyrim and Fallout type games anymore. That's probably why Bethesda is switching over to making Doom games now.

FromSoft is just too good with the creativity. Even Elon Musk didn't understand how people could make a game like this

I love the PS5. I figured out how to record my fights. This is a full fight against some boss. I'm 41 and I don't got the game skills I used to have. I didn't catch this boss's name but I wish he dropped his spear.

I can't figure out how to stream my game live. I'll be on the game everyday streaming if I knew how to do it.

Putrescent Knight suuuucked for this build. I’m super soft and he hits like a truck, I have no reach so it was super hard to punish him as he rode by, immune to Frost so that negated all my elemental damage, and since I couldn’t hit him and build up poise nearly impossible for me to stun him.

Because I got a PS5 but my Elden Ring disc is a PS4 version. It says I can upgrade to the PS5 version for free but someone told me the PS4 version was better in that it has faster frame rates while the PS5 version has better graphics but runs slower frame rates

And I actually had a fight with Bayle, I got through him on two attempts last time and didn’t see a lot of it. I actually liked the fight. Felt like one of the best dragon fights they’ve done. Igon adds so much hilarity to that fight I’m not sure I’ll ever do it solo.

It’s the new Gyobu. Gotta listen to him screaming every time.

I've watched tons of lore videos on elden ring. I usually listen to them while I play the game. I killed Margot and he turned into a human afterwards. He's a skinny old guy and his horns and animal face is gone. No lore video I ever seen mentioned why and this is the first time I noticed it.

He wrecked me the first battle because I summoned my Maiden and I swear she didn't do anything. I was running around trying to get them to fight each other.

In the rematch, I went alone and took almost half his health before he even got to me using Ruins Greatsword. I forgot to record it.. I wanted these battles for my youtube

Swap in the Sacred Relic Sword from Elden Beast.

You can now nail his undead ass with waves of gold from across the arena, with bonus damage.

It's the perfect weapon for undead bosses / ghostflame dragons.

He’s not “the good guy”. There aren’t any good guys among the NPCs and demigods. You’ve got a handful of morally dubious characters with their own agendas, and then a few bonafide bad guys like Rykkard, Mogh and Shabriri. Margit/Morgott has some notion that preserving the status quo of the Golden Order is the right thing to do, which effectively be the objective of Radagon as well, but there’s no basis for saying that’s “good”. The Golden Order are genocidal fascists.

Run at him and off to the right a bit soon as you load in. When he comes at you like a cannon ball, roll twice (at medium roll, maybe one light roll) then ring up mimic tear as soon as the roll finishes.

Only way I was able to get him summoned reliably, and I'd still get hit once before I could roll more to get out of range. Run away a bit more, drink a pot when mimic takes aggro, circle back and go to work.

Make sure you have hefty rot pots equipped so mimic can throw them.

Peeve fighting radahn for two weeks straight is awesome. He's an og from demon souls and doesn't give a fuck how long it takes.
