Yeah if you are looking to save money that's the way to go. Really it is worth it just for the freshness if you want to be eating quality but imo a kitchenaid mixer or something is a must have.

I don't really eat much bread, but I do buy it for the kids lunches. I'm not going to any more effort than that even minimal haha they get enough of my time.
