In this scenario, I expect to wake up with a nasty concussion a day or two later. I'm a reasonably resilient guy and I'm confident that I could survive it. In the instance of any significant quality of life change like that, I would want my family to pull the plug. I struggle enough that my body isn't what it was after back and neck injuries. You take away my ability to live independently or walk? Nah.

Francis being in another org isn't a big deal. Eddie Hall is on a short contract with KSW and it's probably not exclusive. Of course, PFL might not sign Eddie Hall, though I suspect they would if he tried to get in (doesn't mean they'd book him with Ngannou though, which I dont think they would).
