eddie is the bad match up. his chin holds up and gomi folds. eddie wins via conditioning, skills, wrestling. other than 1 shot power gomi isnt on paper better anywere. definitly a fireball to deal with but i think eddie would find a way to best him

I like Gomi but the Eddie from yesterday murks him. Lots of guys can drop Eddie, few can actually finish him. He always comes back and fights till the end.

The game has simply evolved.

Eddie could even wrestle him if he really wanted to and win that way. He'd also beat him on the feet.
