it's insane how retarded people are when it comes to nutrition and also why there's a billion+ dolllar industry of fad dietsA caloric deficit caused you to lose 20lbs in 2 months, not eating meat.

Losing weight is pretty easy once you know how many calories you burn through in a typical day and how many calories you're taking in.

A basic guideline for a man would be around 2000-2400 a day depending on your size, and that's just basic natural burning without much activity. It's pretty easy to track your calories and after a while you'll already know the amounts for the foods you normally eat. Just trying to make this shit easier for you.Calories are different for different people
Ground beef disgusts me. Same with cheese. Idk I can't eat those things.
Because you were a shitty pseudovegetarian.Never had calorie deficit before the regular meat consumption

Well that's just stupid. No-one is "scared" of vegetarian products, they just don't like them or prefer the meat enhanced alternatives. You'll never be able to shame or goad anyone into your preferred diet, you're just embarrassing yourself with this utterly transparent crap.Just do yourself a favor, stop being scared of vegetarian products and being an eater of meat of slaughtered animals. It's cringe as fuck and retarded

Nah, the calories aren't different, it's a unit of measure that doesn't change. The people and individual responses, yes.Calories are different for different people
Once again you have a twisted view. Please see above. You are arguing against your own first statement, the calories are in fact the main factor, they are a unit of measure of energy, that's why you keep referring to them and "energy". Fat loss is primarily about a reduction in stored energy. Energy balance is a factor of the amount ingested compared to the amount utilized. Macros among other factors affect utilization but the amount of energy in a calorie is a constant.Everyone talking about calories but that’s actually not the main factor , meat speeds up metabolism Proteins require more energy to digest than carbohydrates or fats, more calories are burned during digestion , higher protein intake increase calories your body burns at rest also it basically changes your entire way you use energy so you get leaner in the process.

You pretty much say all that yourself in what you wrote after your opening statement.
Calories aren’t burned the same ,and you actually train your body to burn fat quickly bc a high protein diet produces lean muscle tissue , lean muscle does burn more calories than fat, even at rest .Calories are not all burned or utilized by the body in the same way, and the source of those calories matters. Factors like the type of food Muscle tissue is more metabolically active so once again you are wrong.Nah, the calories aren't different, it's a unit of measure that doesn't change. Not sure what is unclear so please let me know if this answer is satisfactory for you, he is wrong in the particular part where he says calories are not the main factor. After he said that he goes on to partially explain why he is wrong.so is he right or wrong?
