No joke, just got EA MLB MVP 2005 on ebay YESTERDAY for $0.99 because I miss the quality games of yester-year. The 120-year dynasty and mix of arcade and simulation of that game, all perfect. The lack of real concern on looks and more interest in making sure mechanics and consistency worked. I was on year 53 of my Dynasty when I lost my old XBox due to random shut-down.

Just puts another mark against the game, honestly.

Those that credit Bruce Lee for MMA are just insane.

You have Miyamoto Musashi, also the founder of Aikido, seriously, all sorts of people that believed in mixing art-forms was the best policy and actually proved themselves while doing it long before Bruce Lee.

To place him in there instead of someone like Fedor is crazy.

Might be fun, but it's still a small insult.
 
Looks like they added something like 20-30 lbs of muscle to the character.

Not to troll, I honestly think you're putting too much stock into the choice to add Bruce Lee to the game.

It's a bit of fun, and from what I can see, it looks really awesome (graphics etc)

Calm down a little eh, yes the people you mentioned are real, noteworthy martial artists, but this is a video game you're talking about.

That's why I said "small insult".

There are games out there for Bruce Lee to be in,.. this is not one of them.
That's just my opinion on it.

What distinguishes this game from another one? Just because this is an MMA game?

They could have Darth Vader in this game if they wanted, or any other fighting game, I just don't think it's something to get so rustled over

OK well, enjoy defending your art then. You take this UFC game stuff really serious when the person you responded to about Aikido clearly didn't know what they were talking about/were baiting you.

You don't put an American Football legend in FIFA, because he was good with some sort of ball.

Aikido isn't my art, even though I did participate in it.

I found it completely ineffective against Gracie Jiu-Jitsu and it is more about a way of thinking than anything else.

See, here is what you don't understand, there are some people that don't care about being "baited".

If you go out of your way online to "bait" someone you don't know, it's a sign of something you lack in your real life persona.

Me personally, I just don't give a shit.
If you address me, I will address you back. Not because I am falling for anything, but because I am man enough to not give a fuck about "traps".
