E3 2016 Aftermath: Which Game(s) Now on Your Wishlist? Which Ones Disappointed?

This past year was like the best year ever in games IMO, so this E3 was understandingly disappointing. Of everything announced that was new, I guess for me the new Resident Evil and God of War. If you're a Wii U owner, the new Zelda game of course was a show stopper.

Shitty E3 overall. Most of the new announced titles didn't wow me other than civilization 6. Didn't see more from Andromeda either.

Days Gone and God of War.. everything else was meh

Days Gone and God of War look awesome. Dead Rising 4 has me wishing I had an XBONE. RE7 looks promising. I was already pretty high on Horizon zero dawn and Ghost recon wildlands.

I will give Quake a raised eyebrow. They could revive one of the greatest FPSers of all time. Or they could really F it up.

Looking forward to Zelda, Lawbreakers, Dead Rising 4, Agents of Mayhem, the new Paper Mario game, Cuphead, some other indies, Crackdown 3, Re-Core, South Park, Scalebound, Friday the 13th, and probably some others I've missed.

I'm pumped that a new Quake was announced.

That said, VERY disappointed that Mass Effect Andromeda was like, well, a fucking footnote seemingly for the EA conference. Still on my list but baffling so little was shown/talked about it.

Wildlands is still on my list.

I went into E3 with no expectations so I can't really say anything disappointed me. I'm some what more interested in COD space PewPew I still can't justify 80 for COD 4 remaster however I'm excited for RE 7 I guess if I had to chose a disappointment it would have to be Sony still not allowing external hard drive support.

I'm really excited for Horizon the game just looks amazing. The story also looks like it will be amazing I can't wait to try that one.

Sea of Thieves, Scalebound, Gears 4, FF XV, Re-Core and We Happy Few.
Oh yeah, forgot about We Happy Few. I don't know if it's going to be a fun game or not, but it definitely has a vision

Overall I thought this E3 was crap. I'll be getting several games, but RE 7 in VR is the only thing that got a WOW from me. Everything else looks decent but derivative.

I loved it until I found out it's a procedural driven survival game. Procedural driven designs really do nothing for me. I get that they are a small team and are using it as a way to create a game above their league, but it really killed my hype for it.

Shame, too, because it gave me Bioshock feels.

For me the disappointment is Mass Effect. Was expecting to see a lot of gameplay and pretty much only got a teaser trailer.

I'm in the minority here but I thought this year's E3 was great. Lots of stuff that interested me. Including games that weren't announced but showcased at E3:

-Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild
-The Last Guardian
-Persona 5
-Pokémon Sun/Moon
-South Park: Fractured but Whole
-Days Gone
-Death Stranding
-Ever Oasis
-FFXV

Everything was garbage aside from Zelda and Death Stranding

Anyone think we should be worried about Mass Effect? Not to be a conspiracy nut job, but you think if it was going to be great they'd be trying to show it off.

Probably too far off, if people saw glitches they'd panic. For some reason cgi trailers get people excited despite no gameplay being shown. They did show snippets and it looked like you could do more than in previous games, but I'm not an ME guy, so I don't know.
