After some searching I couldn't find this mentioned here, and it isn't mentioned in any of Ross E's books. Basically you tense your muscles as hard as you can, and move them through a range of motion. Apparantly it's a great way to increase strength, in conjunction with weight training. Anyone do this?
I believe Charles Atlas popularized this back in the day. I supposed you COULD do it in conjunction with weight training, but it will more than likely be a waste of time.
Some TMA dudes do this in place of lifting. Seems like if you live a sedentary lifestyle it might give you something (as most kinds activity would) but it doesn't seem like it would be worth an athlete's time.
Fact: you should use newfound athletic prowess to beat people up. Mac should have just stayed skinny and shivved the bully.
