Dutch kickboxing UFC fighters?

Far from Dutch based.. stance alone is a tell to Thai Boxing.
He is not fighting like a Thai or like a Cerrone type, who I’d consider to have a Muay Thai style for MMA, and he has more depth to his striking than a guy like Shogun or Wand from chute box. I wouldn’t just classify Aldo as Muay Thai.

Ernesto Hoost is/was her trainer.

Joanna spent a 5 week camp with Hoost this year. Wasn't related to Waterson but rather polishing up her Dutch KB that she now freely blends into her fight style. Sadly she didn't have time to do it again vs Weili. Back to ATT and MT in 2 weeks.

She is training with him for more then 5 years now.

BEAST GOAT. Is there is something that I deny until now are those 2 losses to Bob fucking Sapp. Never existed.

I have not seen this at all. As far as I know Joanna has never trained with him since she entered the UFC until this year. I could be wrong. I don't know everything about her training schedule but in the past 3 years minimum she has not trained with him at all until this year.

Don't believe we have seen a mma fighter in the ufc with a dutch kickboxing or even American kickboxing background, win a ufc belt. Whereas Pettis, Henderson and silva. all from taekwondo backgrounds have sen further success. obviously muay thai and boxing key staples for mma now. But is their deficiency is kickboxing where by simply knowing a bit of muaythai and boxing you're a better overall fighter than being fluent in dutch kickboxing.

did you make this thread just so you could post your discord that nobody cares about?

Moose
Overeem
Saki

All also incorporated aspects of boxing and mt because they're clearly effective

I don't think we've seen someone who just refused to incorporate any other techniques/styles - even the karate guys you mention incorporate them

Bang muay thai is pretty similar to dutch style. Also alistair overeem had a lot of success.

Too upright for MMA. If you look at Silva's stance it wasn't a traditional Muay Thai even though he used its knees and elbows.

my comment wasn't about your thread, mods merged another dutch kickboxing thread into yours so my comment was towards another TS.

My bad then. I got a bit weirded out since the topic is very tamed. What was that topic about?
