They're tasty but jesus christ, it's more like drinking flavored heavy cream than coffee. But that's also the point, I guess.

Being better than Starbucks isn't saying much considering how shit Starbucks is. But I agree the line is always way too long at Dutch Bros to make it worth it. I'd just rather go to better buzz or coffee bean here.

They are fairly new in California as far as I know but they are in many states. I think they originated in Seattle or Portland.

I could've swore I've seen a few in Maine.

Anyways, yeah, they're all over the place in the west coast and the southwest. I'm not a fan, but I'm not really big on sugery "coffee" drinks. If I order coffee, I want to taste coffee, not sugar. The fanciest I'll ever get with a coffee order is a plain latte, cappuccino, machiatto, or café au last, but that's a rarity. Usually it's either a black coffee or an espresso.

Blowing away Starbucks isn't much of an achievement. I think SBUX coffee is mediocre at best.

So they are selling huge buckets of flavoured sugar and cream? The goal is to achieve the highly coveted 75% obesity rate in the population, or the to make the already obese 50% morbidly obese? In any case I salute the commitment to diabetes and heart attacks!
