I was scrolling through looking for your response to thisI'm must say, the effort TS put into it this is astounding.

Dustin retired because he didn’t want it anymore.Dustin actually retired, which, given your vast history on this forum- might be something you should consider as well. You’re both becoming noticeably slow in your old age.
Not really facts to just downplay every big win in a fighters career while over emphasizing the losses.so many people got triggered here by a couple of facts
If its not facts why noone could counterweight anything said in the initial post and is trying to push emotions instead just like you?Not really facts to just downplay every big win in a fighters career while over emphasizing the losses.
Using this logic everyone that doesn't win a belt is just a journeyman.
Dustin retired because he didn’t want it anymore.
As he proved when he shot instead of trying to pull off 1 last win, in front of his home town, for a last title shot, with an opponent he’d beaten 2x prior, who gave him a chance to have a come back he didn’t need to give him when Max could’ve also just coasted until the decision.
Loser mentality.
How much does it pain you to say the BMF belt isn’t real but was given to try and boost Dustin for 1 last weak PPV built for his retirement and he still quitYou could copy paste and save yourself some arthritis pain, it's the same spaz spam. The BMF belt is not real, either, lol. It's an artifice the UFC created to move PPV sales on weak cards. If you are going to treat that as an actual 'title' then the interim is automatically elevated, in which case, our boy is a former champion.
Your opinion is classic keyboard warrior. Which actually fits for a dude with a "steel belt" designation on an MMA forum in the year of our lord, 2025.
Edit: "Dustin retired because he didn't want it anymore" - yes, congratulations on discovering what retirement means lol. Are you going to give us another gem like "Dustin got knocked down because he got hit in the face"
We rocking an extra chromosome my guy?

as any decent human being not blinded by emotions or biased toward something, there is an approved definition for every word, including word "fact". Here you go:Wait so your considering this 'facts'?
The original post is huge, but you decided to skip 90%+ of it and go straight to the last article where author describes his own personal feelings. At this point I should just +ignorelist a clown like you, for cheap manipulation and refusal of having a proper conversation. But maybe you are blind and your reading assistant didnt notice huge pile of text right from the beginning, let me help you out with actual facts mentioned there:"I'm never getting fooled into investing my emotions by this type of journeyman fighter again, so I thank Dustin for that. Today, we pour one out for The Diamond boys, we may never have the chance to be disappointed this many times by a premier fighter again."
Being unable to understand the main idea of the post (poor mental abilities) and failing to make a simple counter-argument against any valid point presented (poor cognitive abilities, poor education), you started insulting me and putting labels on me (a 12y.o.-type-behaviour, hating things which he is unable to understand), shitting with some unrelated nonsense creating your own imaginary argument and fighting it by yourself.The little bitch is crying that he's never investing emotions into a fighter unless they win a belt for him? That's the literal definition of Fairweather and the least authentic take you could have as a "fan" of the sport.
Are you just the TS on an alt account?
It was never up for grabs because Dustin got KTFO the last time the UFC threw him this bone.Why would it be painful to say the BMF is not real? It's not. It's just a gimmick. And if we were to consider it real, it was never up for grabs anyway since Max just lost. You keep playing yourself for some reason.
Def a weak main card, but the retirement was awesome.
The year is 2025. A man has just finished threatening to block someone online. He feels satisfied. This is a grave threat, only drawn upon in the most dire circumstances. With this, and some images, he knows that he is not the emotional one. No. He proved that when he went on a random rant against an imagined hive-mind. The true nemesis. The very forum he frequents. "Call me fairweather" he whispers....."Dustin lost too many times, why don't they understand you can't be fans of those people...THEY need to WIN ALL THE TIME so I can feel good about my life...because I already admitted that I emotionally invested in his success for some reason and now I'm sad"as any decent human being not blinded by emotions or biased toward something, there is an approved definition for every word, including word "fact". Here you go:
"fact - a thing that is known or proved to be true"

At this point I should just +ignorelist a clown like you, for cheap manipulation and refusal of having a proper conversation. But maybe you are blind and your reading assistant didnt notice huge pile of text right from the beginning, let me help you out with actual facts mentioned there:
- Dustin disappoints his fans and comes up short when it matters the most;
- UFC 178 McGregor fight loss. Fight was important, loss leads Dustin switching weight classes;
- UFC 242 fight vs. Khabib, lost. Loss drives Dustin away from another titleshot;
- UFC 269 fight vs. Charles, lost. Dustin fumbled the fight having advantage on the feet, with bad decision to roll from the glove grab;
- UFC 302 Dustin had questionable titleshot vs. Islam. Got finished;
- UFC 318, against Max who he was 2-0 against in featherweight and short notice fights, Dustin loses to him for the BMF title in his retirement fight (C).

At this point, I dont expect you to come up with smth relevant to the topic. You are a walking proof of everything wrong with this community, where hivemind bias is a justification for any nonsense until it fits current trend of the echochamber.
ad hominem
It was never up for grabs because Dustin got KTFO the last time the UFC threw him this bone.
You realize he's 0-2 trying to be the BMF right
Have you ever stopped and thought that after being 0-5 in title fights Dustin should’ve maybe gone for it instead of clinchingIt's definitely an interesting take to describe fighting Justin twice as being "thrown a bone".
But also, what? "It was never up for grabs because Dustin got knocked out last time" ........that makes zero sense. Are you battling a prolonged stroke? Your def in that age range so my guess is probably.
What facts? All you did was downplay every good win the guy ever had, while over emphasizing the losses. Dude had a long, storied career.If its not facts why noone could counterweight anything said in the initial post and is trying to push emotions instead just like you?
You want me to talk to you like a 6y.o. so be itWhat facts? All you did was downplay every good win the guy ever had, while over emphasizing the losses. Dude had a long, storied career.
What kind of brain issue is this, not sure.Holloway x2

That's a good list of names. The vast majority of fighters will never be world champ. Dustin got as close as you possibly can without getting a belt and had a lot of good wins along the way. One of the best lws of the last decade or so and it's not really debatable when you look at the names on his resume.
