It just makes the sport look so bush league. If we want to see the best athletes compete, the sport needs to grow. For the sport to grow it needs to shed its human-cockfighting image. It's a huge turnoff to many to see this kind of idiocy. As it is to have the UFC CEO swearing at 15 year old kids on Twitter and dropping f-bombs at media scrums.
