Well, in 2020 I was fat. I weighed 244 and it was right after my back surgery. The most I ever weighed before that was 220 but that was in my power lifting days and I was pretty damn solid. But in 2021 I got serious about losing weight and got down to 190. Then I went on some medication that made me go back up to 222 and I went off that medicine in July and just before Christmas, I weighed 184.6. I hovering around 186 today. I haven’t been 184 since my sophomore year in college back in 96. I have a before and after pic that I took-one from 2020 and the other from 2022 at 189 lbs.

But, no, I am not fat and I have receipts that can prove it. I almost have a six pack again.
