They usually have everything fastened down to prevent it moving in rough seas but they likely aren't secure enough to stay in position if the ship lays on it's side like that. It might take a very long time to raise that. They'll have to bring in some heavy lifting equipment or maybe even cut it up in place.

Yep each vehicle is individually lashed to the deck and they are surprisingly strong. And as it was all cars on board it wouldn't surprise me if the majority of the cargo was still in place.
Unlike the vessels I load which is all trucks, trailer stacks and excavators etc. That shit would go flying and cause a ton more damage.
Also surprisingly they will probably be able to rescue this with a couple of tugs and the right tide
