He has power but not necessarily more than anyone else. He has control and isn't a slugger.

Volk was too focused on the counter,
he did not realized that the kid was just too fast and a step ahead in the striking battle

this was beautifull, the setup like a drill he had done a thousand time in practice

He tried to go for a counter or attempted to tie up when ilia blitzed him. He should’ve just defended the blitz and circled away from the cage. But yeah he set him up and landed flush on the jaw, you can’t land any cleaner than he did
