Donald Cerrone charged with 3rd degree assault

Well first of all, even if he did commit a third degree assault, it isn't as if he's a murderer so take it easy haters.

Assault is an "unlawful attempt" and also the victim here was also charged with crimes.

I was commenting on how people keep saying he's such a down to earth, non-violent guy when it's very clear he is not. Go back to leeching on his nuts.

Yes, assault is only an attempt, and third degree assault is likely the least serious form of assault in the criminal code. Not to mention, the other guy behaved recklessly as well.
 
If some dude fucked up his boat and was acting foolish, he should of got something from Cerrone.

I hate that if some guy get cocky towards a fighter, and god forbid a fighter lashes out, people treat 'em worse cause they're fighters.
 
From someone who actually knows the whole story ... Cerrone was not in the wrong. That other guy had it coming!

Most of you people are to stupid to look at things from both sides. If it says the other guy basically caused the accident or what ever happened, doesn't it make sense that Ceronne was probably pissed about something and threw the other guy around or what ever may have happened?

damn...hope this isnt too serious. i want to see him more active (like 2012) and not less active because of possible legal entanglements.
 
I hope Cerrone gets his ass beat again soon. I m still laughing when cerrone was fliping his finger to Diaz then in R3 when Diaz returned the favor he was all butthurt
