Sounds to me like cowboy showed restraint. Any idea what a ufc fighter can do to a drunk guy? See huerta vs u of Texas large as guy.
Exactly right.
3rd degree is almost as if it was just an argument, things has been throw around, but no one was hurt. As below:
Often, the third degree assault charge is given in crimes in which there is no obvious physical harm. Such situations may occur as the result of minor altercations or domestic disputes. For example, one spouse may accuse the other of hitting or pushing him. Even in the absence of cuts or bruises, he may say that the hit or push caused him pain. This report of pain may be enough to warrant a third degree assault charge.
people who buy and enjoy boats are shitty people 9 times out of 10.
I'm totally serious. It's like people and horses - though that's a little lower, maybe 6-7/10. A horse and a boat and you're certain to be a real piece of shit.
From someone who actually knows the whole story ... Cerrone was not in the wrong. That other guy had it coming!
I saw an MMA fighter get beat up and knocked out a few months. Guy was talking so much head! I thought he had died. It was nice to see him get what he deserved. Similar to the whole Falcao thing.
Cerrone starting fights with non-professional fighters? I hope it happens to him one day.
Cowboy doesn't seem like he would beat up someone for no reason. That's what I hate about these statements, only says he assaulted him, gives no detail of the situation.
Pretty low as a professional fighter to assault someone.
if he beat someone up, it would have been battery charges, not assault!
this is pussified America you are talking about. Cowboy probably looked at him angrily, and feinted a few punches, and now is charged with 3rd degree assault.
LOL, exactly what I was thinking as well! :icon_chee He seems to be cool at times, but he also has that other, douchey side to him, too.
