Why is everyone still ignoring that the Dems got their info on Paul Manafort from officials at the Ukranian embassy? They admitted that. This is literally the same shit. Russia was giving Jr dirt on the Hill campaign, and Ukraine was giving HIll dirt on the Trump campaign.
Because Ukraine is friend. Friend.
Except it's not evidence, not only are they not affiliated with Putin but they have nothing.

This is called believing your own bullshit

Everyone is affiliated with Putin in Russia. Bunch of corrupt cronies over there being all friendly and shit.

I fear for the Russian Lawyer's safety, no doubt the Kremlin's tendrils have made themselves present deep in the shadows! Putin and Trump may take our lives, but they will never take away our freedom!

"Trump Jr. told the Times in March that he never met with any Russians while working in a campaign capacity."

I guess he'll claim that meeting with a "Russian Government Attorney" (verbatim from emails) with Manafort and Kushner wasn't campaign related. Lmao!

Where is the actual interview from March where he said that?

I tried googling the first sentence they quote and I got nothing in March.

The links to the interview are right there in the article you obviously didn't read because you are scrambling to deflect.
https://www.nytimes.com/2017/07/08/us/politics/trump-russia-kushner-manafort.html

In his statement, Donald Trump Jr. said: “It was a short introductory meeting. I asked Jared and Paul to stop by. We primarily discussed a program about the adoption of Russian children that was active and popular with American families years ago and was since ended by the Russian government, but it was not a campaign issue at the time and there was no follow up.”

That article is from July. I'm looking for the one from March that the Times is citing.
No shit its from July it talks about the March meeting and what he told them?Let me guess you want video and then you will say it was "doctored" Maybe after he is in a cell you will admit maybe he was wrong? LOL fucking L

Yes dumbass. That's what I asked. The original article or video. So I can watch it myself instead of hearing him paraphrased out of context. Now do you have a link to it, because the Times article doesn't link to it, and google returns nothing.

"This just goes to show you their exact moral compass. I mean, they will say anything to be able to win this," Trump Jr. told CNN's Jake Tapper. "It's disgusting. It's so phony."

SO PHONY

SO PHONY

To confirm:
do people have a problem with him meeting with a Russian in hopes of getting damaging information on Hillary?
or that he mislead or lied about meeting?

Was the meeting itself illegal?

Campaigns are not allowed to accept anything of value from a foreign national. Opposition research would be valuable and therefore not allowed.

Its only valuable if it is has value, i.e. if someone paid for it. Russia would have had to have paid for the info before giving it to Trump for it to be "valuable".

Was the meeting itself illegal?

No. But this is the first instance they have a campaign member meeting a Russian national (note, not an official. She is literally just a citizen) so they are all excited.

He didn't lie about it either as far as I can tell.

My problem is with both. Clinton advisor should be investigated regarding Ukrainian stuff as well.

The lying part seems to be pretty cut and dry if he did do under oath.

First, he may have crossed the line into solicitation. Others will have to decide if that is the case.

Also, value does not necessarily mean money. Could also include other things such as "volunteer" help.

Also, hasn't the administration said repeatedly they did not meet with Russians regarding the campaign? How did this meeting slip their minds when they still have the actual emails?

WTF? He said there was no arranged meeting but there was. Then he said that they didn't discuss campaign issues, but now we know he did. How is there no lie? Is this just the usual right-wing hivemind thing where "lie" means "something that disagrees with the GOP narrative"?

I don't know. I keep asking for a source on these claims, but no one delivers. I actually feel like it might be true and someone might be lying, but no one can actually produce. I looked pretty hard for the source of that Trump Jr quote that everyone is throwing around and couldn't find it.

Do you have the original source on that statement. I asked several people and no one has it.
