It makes no sense to think that in the middle of a rampage if someone turns their head that the puncher is going to stop abruptly. It's bound to happen occasionally and there is no way it should be a NC.

Cruz would clearly be biased in favour of Stephens, but that knee did not impact the finish. There is an argument for one of those elbows, though.
