I like him just thought it was unprofessional when he referred to team alpha male as "alpha fail" in a post fight show an unbiased commentator shouldn't do that.

Yes he is. The general population doesn't grow up with MMA like they do with baseball and football. MMA is like a second language for the majority of MMA fans. He's not a good fit for that audience.
