Elections DOGE is formed

Leon is heading a department of efficiency, while he holds the Guiness book of world records for most wealth lost.
Typical government move, putting a guy in charge who is woefully under qualified.
I bet all those subsidies that Leon's companies gets won't come to an end. Socialize loss, privatize profit is the new American Way.
At least Trump did not appoint one of his kids or one of his kids father in laws.
 
The guy who blew up the budget in his first term and cut corporate taxes now wants to cut back on spending? This is comical.

The only way spending has the possibility of getting reduced is if the president and Senate are in two different parties. Which also means nothing is getting accomplished.
 
Time magazine did some insane research into wealth inequality and if you kept up with the billionaires the American people would have an additional 50 trillion to spent since 1974, I don't where they got that number from but that is a lot of cash. They said in today's numbers that would equate to 1,440 extra a month for every single American. Let that sink in if your income grew as fast as the billionaire class you would be making an extra like 18,000 a year. The deficit I believe would have been nearly nonexistent. All that additional money would have kept the deficit from growing because people would have addition money to fix their houses, pay down their debt, buy new houses. It goes on and on and the point of Times article is to point out the damage that this wealth disparity is doing to the Country.

Spending is allocated by Congress. All the President does is oversee that spending. In order to cut any spending, Congress would have to vote to take money away from something or vote to not renew funding for something.

Doge and Trump have zero power over most of the spending they're talking about.

Apparently Companies all over the country have begun to layoff people or planning to layoff ahead of Trump's entering the White House. Several manufacturers in auto parts manufacturing, airplane manufacturing and airplane part suppliers. Boeing lost a bid to sell 100 airplanes to India where India had plan to go with Boeing now going with Airbus but before you go off and say but look at the problems they are having these deals happened after the fact and are not planes impacted by the issues. Almost 20 just in Ohio have announced layoffs and cuts in production. I guess this is what we call making America Great Again? Many companies have operations in states with strong Republican base. Mostly it sounds like England and Europe as well as South Korea seem to view this as a realignment of power.

This is a big reach trying to tie it Trump. Companies have been laying off for a year or more, even in Canada. It has nothing to do with Trump and more to do with the Economy. Keep trying PEB.

I love your Boeing example too. A company that has had planes literally falling apart lost a contract? I wonder why.
