Yea i know...Im glad i took time to at least half ass research supplements so i dont sound like a fucking retard anymore. I had a buddy wanting to go to the football field with my heavy bag to "run with it." This main-stream shit just gets annoying sometimes.

You know whats funny about that though. Long before that commercial me and a few friends were gonna start doing that, but we're lazy so it never happened. And why do you have a problem with somebody wanting to run wit it after seeing the commercial, because carrying a 50-100 pound bag over your shoulder while running distance or sprints would be hard as fuck, regardless of whether or not Chuck Liddell does it on a stupid commercial about some BS, overpriced supplements.
