Of course.. they use the National anti doping commission that tests him.. tied to the national sports federation. Like in all Nordic countries. Olympic WADA testing.

I did another sport which required WADA testing. This was well over a decade ago. I had just bought my little vacation house there. The village is so small there are no street names or house numbers so these two guys in suits just go door to door asking for the foreigner. I made quite the impression on my new neighbors...
