His point isn't legit and I haven't heard his point. Anything less than a 50-50 revenue share is not legit. The major leagues would still pay far more than the minor leagues even if they only paid 16% of the revenue.
Of course it's better, but they do not deserve credit for paying 16% of the revenue in salaries.
Agreed. It's obvious that the UFC is run by evil cunts.
McDonald's workers not speaking out makes you think they are happy making $8.50-9.00/h?
"No-name" UFC fighters not speaking out could not have to do with the fact that they have a vindictive and abusive boss?

It'll stop being an issue for me once fighters can have their own sponsors again and when Dana doesn't say shit about 75k bonuses fucking up the budget
It's never been an issue for me as I've always understood this, but does this end the debate for you?
Epic rant by Dana. Fuck Oscar.
Hopefully not reposted.
16% of revenue
Fighter pay has never been an issue for anyone until they are standing on a platform Dana built for them
How come nobody brings up the fact that the UFC takes the fighters sponsor money and gives them Reebok (now Venom dollars)? In boxing the fighter gets to keep that revenue stream. To give context, Brendan Schaub says he was getting paid over 100k per fight from sponsors. It's not just low pay, it's no sponsors, no health benefits, no profit sharing, no pensions, no long term health insurance. Dana is a very good businessman, very good.
Only if your a moron . Talking about how Oscar fucks over his fighters has nothing to do with the fact the UFC allocates 16-20% of revenue(ya know what was revealed in the lawsuit) to fighters and when Dana White was asked about that by a reporter(after those pathetic soft ball questions from that Mac Life cuck) around the 10 minute mark he ducked the question and came up with excuses.
Only if your a moron .
They were friends before, it's personal between them.I know Dana is an elite level boxerciser but he needs to show some respect to Oscar. He's a shit head but he's still the golden boy and won titles in six different weight classes. It's weird that Dana is talking about how much he hates him.
The super gyms are in developing countries in terms of mma. So it would be better than what they have available in terms of gym/equipment/science. But in terms of coaching/training that is subjective. They have those gyms in developing countries to try and produce talent from that area. They created super gyms in Vegas because that's their headquarters and they wanted their own space to have fights that was bigger than what they had before. Worked out for them perfectly during the pandemic once the State allowed sporting events again. They did everything in-house. Plus most events are in Vegas so a lot of fighters would be traveling to the area even if they don't have a fight and can train at the gym and take advantage of all the stuff at the gym they have for fighters. Plus it gives everyone fighting on the card a place to train leading up to the fight, having 2 locations lets them be able to separate competing fighters as they prepare to fight each other as well.He makes some good points I hadnt considered. Seems like they have way too many expenses though, and are spending a shit load of money on stuff like these super gyms etc that I cant really imagine helping guys who are already on the roster and already have gyms/coaches.
